Stuffed pepper with tuna salad (427 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 160 grams of canned tuna, in water
– 1 red pepper
– 1 tomato
– 3 black olives
– 1 onion
– 40 grams of white cheese (feta)
– ½ lemon
– ½ teaspoon mustard
– 1 tablespoon (olive) oil

Preparation:

Drain the tuna.

Halve the pepper lengthwise and remove the stem and seeds. Cut the tomato into cubes. Cut the olives into pieces. Chop the onion.

Place the tuna, tomato, olives and onion in a bowl. Crumble the feta over it and add 1 tbsp lemon juice, mustard and olive oil. Stir everything together well. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the peppers with the tuna salad and serve on a plate.
