Wanting and creating are two different things. Wanting is about having desires, while creating is about actively working to realize those desires by setting goals and taking actions.
We probably want a lot... To lose weight, to have a trained or fit body, and if possible, to have more energy. If we do nothing about our current lifestyle, nothing will change. This causes you to get stuck in “wanting”.
If we want to become a fit, slim or toned version of ourselves, we will have to take action. Do we need to create someone who watches their diet, goes to the gym regularly, says no to that extra drink or snack that comes along and is someone who behaves consistently. For this we need to create a different mindset and lifestyle.
It's important to find a balance between wanting and creating, giving yourself time to dream and imagine while at the same time taking real steps to achieve your goals.
