Salad with tuna, corn & olives (344 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 50 grams of corn
– 160 grams of canned tuna, in water
– ½ red onion
– 5 black olives
– 5 cherry tomatoes
– 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
– 1 tablespoon (olive) oil

Preparation:

Rinse the corn in a colander with cold water. Let the tuna drain in the colander together with the corn.

Cut the red onion into thin rings, the olives into slices and halve the tomatoes.

Place the lamb's lettuce in a bowl and place the corn, tuna, red onion, olive and tomato on top. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle the oil over the salad.
