Zucchini salad with mango & spicy shrimp (433 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 150 grams of cocktail shrimp
– 150 grams of mango pieces
– 1 tablespoon (olive) oil
– ½ teaspoon paprika powder
– 1 pinch of chili powder
– 1 zucchini
– ½ cucumber
– 1 red pepper
– 1 spring onion
– ½ lime

Preparation:

Let the shrimp (if frozen) thaw on a plate. Also let the mango (if frozen) thaw on another plate.

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Mix the shrimp in a bowl with the oil, paprika powder and chili powder. Let it marinate for a while.

Make strings of the zucchini with a spiral cutter. Cut the cucumber and pepper into cubes. Cut the spring onion into rings. Put this together in a bowl or deep plate.

Heat a pan and fry the shrimp for 2 minutes.

Add the mango and shrimp to the salad. Sprinkle the salad with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
