Cucumber with avocado & roast beef (234 kcal)

Ingredients:

– ½ cucumber
– ½ avocado
– 4 slices of roast beef

Preparation:

Halve the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Mash the avocado flesh in a bowl with some salt and pepper.

Fill the cucumber halves with the avocado mixture and divide the roast beef over it.

Tip: Divide some chili flakes over the cucumber with avocado and roast beef.
