ENFORCE MASTERCLASS RUN YOURSELF TO SUCCESS
You've probably already tried to start running. You start running fanatically, without a plan and real dedication. If the weather is bad one evening or you've had a busy day, postpone your workout. Before you know it you'll be skipping your workout and you'll be completely checked out. The result stays out and before you know it you are back in the same circle.

In this free masterclass you will become acquainted with our training structure and we will teach everyone 3 important elements of running to ensure that you succeed!
1) How to prevent injuries with the right posture and technique.
2) How to properly build up towards a “competition run” and you will also receive an effective training schedule.
3) How running in our group can motivate you extra to really achieve your goal with great pleasure.

ENFORCE CITY RUN
During this run you will see the most beautiful places in the city. Of course there is plenty of opportunity along the way to tell fun details and stories about these highlights. The run is for advanced runners. For this you need to be able to run for about 45 minutes straight. The run itself will take 60 to 75 minutes. At the end, the participants are offered a drink.

Get to know Enforce's unique way of working.
In 4 lessons you will work on your running technique so that you learn to run more easily and more pleasantly.

In a small group we will work with the 4 components of a good running technique:
- Attitude
– Arms
– Active legs
– Stride rhythm.
Of course we don't forget your breathing either.

As a bonus, we do a video analysis beforehand, so that you know exactly how you can optimize your running style.
Please note: this course is for runners who can easily run 5 km.

ENFORCE TRY OUT RUNS
Try Out Runs are regularly organized to teach you how to run a 5-10 km or half Marathon successfully and injury-free and to participate in, for example, the Singelloop in Breda or the marathon in Rotterdam. Dates are on the site or contact eric@enforce.nl
