Pancakes with cottage cheese & strawberries (473 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 75 grams of strawberries
- 1 egg
– 50 grams of oatmeal
– 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
– 1 ½ tablespoon (olive) oil (15 ml)
– 2 tablespoons cottage cheese (40 g)

Preparation:

Cut the strawberries into pieces.

Mix the egg, oatmeal and milk in the blender until smooth.

Heat half of the oil in a frying pan. Pour half of the batter into the pan and turn back and forth until the batter is spread over the entire pan. Fry the pancake for 2 minutes per side. Make another pancake in the same way.

Divide the cottage cheese and strawberries over the pancakes and roll them up.
