Salad with smoked trout, apple & grapes (584 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 1 apple
– 10 grapes
– 5 radishes
– ½ cucumber
– 1 head of baby romaine lettuce
– 1 trout fillet, smoked
– 15 grams of mixed nuts, unroasted and unsalted
– 1 ½ tablespoon (olive) oil (15 ml)
– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (15 ml)
– ½ teaspoon mustard (5 g)
– 1 teaspoon of honey (8 g)

Preparation:

Cut the apple into thin slices, halve the grapes and cut the radishes into thin slices. Cut the cucumber into half slices.

Separate the lettuce leaves from the head, wash the lettuce and shake well. Cut the lettuce into strips.

Place the lettuce, apple, grapes, radish and cucumber in a bowl or deep plate.

Cut the trout into pieces and divide over the salad. Sprinkle the nuts over the salad.

Mix oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and honey together in a bowl. Divide the dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
