Tomato & avocado caprese salad (324 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 10 cherry tomatoes
– 50 grams of mozzarella
– ½ avocado
– 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (5 ml)

Preparation:

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella and avocado into cubes. Mix together in a bowl.

Sprinkle the tomato and avocado caprese with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
