Healthy snack, stuffed dates with peanut butter & coconut (398 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 1 teaspoon grated coconut
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– 1 pinch of cinnamon
– 3 dates, without pits

Preparation:

Stir together the peanut butter, coconut, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.

Cut the dates lengthwise on one side and open them. Fill the dates with the peanut butter mixture and close them slightly again.
