Protein-rich stuffed tomatoes (115 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 1 tablespoon corn
– 25 grams of kidney beans
– 1 spring onion
– 2 tomatoes
– 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
– 1 pinch of paprika powder
– 1 pinch of cumin powder

Preparation:

Rinse the corn and kidney beans in a colander with cold water and let them drain. Cut the spring onion into rings.

Cut a top off both tomatoes and hollow out the tomatoes with a spoon. Drain the tomatoes upside down.

Mix the cottage cheese with the corn, kidney beans, spring onion, paprika powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper.

Fill the tomatoes with the cottage cheese salad.
