Bread with chicken curry salad & mandarin (360 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 1 spring onion
– 1 tangerine
– 75 grams of smoked chicken strips
– 1 tablespoon semi-skimmed yoghurt
– ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise
– ½ teaspoon mustard
– ½ teaspoon of honey
– 1 pinch of curry powder
– 2 slices of bread, whole wheat

Preparation:

Cut the spring onion into rings. Peel the mandarin and separate the segments.

Place the chicken strips in a bowl and mix in the yogurt, spring onion, mayonnaise, mustard, honey and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the bread with the chicken curry salad and place the mandarin segments on top.
