Bread with chicken curry salad & mandarin (360 kcal)


– 1 spring onion
– 1 tangerine
– 75 gram gerookte kipreepjes
– 1 tablespoon semi-skimmed yoghurt
– ½ eetlepel mayonaise
– ½ teaspoon mustard
– ½ theelepel honing
– 1 snufje kerriepoeder
– 2 slices of bread, whole wheat


Snijd het bosuitje in ringetjes. Pel de mandarijn en maak de partjes los.

Doe de kipreepjes in een kommetje en meng hier de yoghurt, bosui, mayonaise, mosterd, honing en kerriepoeder door. Breng naar wens op smaak met peper en zout.

Besmeer het brood met de kipkerriesalade en leg de mandarijnpartjes erop.
