Shrimp with green asparagus & cherry tomatoes (264 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 125 grams of cocktail shrimp (frozen)
– 1 clove garlic
– 200 grams green asparagus tips (frozen)
– 1 tablespoon (olive) oil
– 100 grams of cherry tomato
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– ½ lemon

Preparation:

Remove the shrimp from the freezer and let thaw on a plate.

Crush the garlic clove and halve the asparagus.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Then add the asparagus and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.

Add the shrimp to the pan. Fry these for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Stir everything well, heat for another minute and then turn off the heat.

Serve the stir-fry dish in a deep plate and season with some salt and pepper.
