Oatmeal with mandarin & chocolate (342 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 40 grams of oatmeal
– 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
– 1 tangerine
– 10 grams of dark chocolate, 75% cocoa

Preparation:

Put the oatmeal together with the milk in a pan. Stir together and heat for 4 minutes until a firm porridge.

In the meantime, peel the mandarin and separate the segments. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.

Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and divide the mandarin and chocolate over it.
