What remains of the shiny exterior?
Describe that.
The CEO probably still looks well groomed, but he or she stands out a lot less among the other athletes.
And what if we let this successful CEO pound hard in the gym for an hour?
What then remains?
Character.
Character is what is left when we are stripped of all the comforts and masks that keep us going all day long.
Who are you when you're about to burst?
Who are you when you have to keep going, while your body screams for rest?
Who are you when life tests you?
When it comes down to it, who are you?
Who are you?
That's what it's about!
Nothing fairer than sport.
If your muscles are on fire during the last reps, you can't hide behind your sweet talk.
If you encounter the man with the hammer while running, you cannot run away.
You can scream, cry, rant and rage.
You may find yourself incredibly pathetic.
You may wonder why you are doing this again.
