Monday Master Blog: Tackling your fatigue

I regularly hear someone say, 'after a day of work I really don't have the energy or energy to exercise anymore. I've been working all day, I'm tired, I'd rather be on the couch.

This fatigue is mainly related to mental fatigue. The body has often been mentally active at work and is mentally tired.

It is precisely by getting moving and being physically active that this mental fatigue is often reduced. Exercising makes you feel like doing activities again, it gives you more energy, your concentration is improved and it improves your sleep (it helps your body to fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply). The positive effect of getting active reduces your mental fatigue and makes you feel better. Physical activity stimulates the production of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that have a positive effect on mood and well-being. In addition, exercise gives you better fitness and more muscle strength. This also has a positive influence on your physical functioning. Once again, this confirms that exercise in your day is important to feel better mentally.

So get moving after a long and intensive day of work! You will feel much better afterwards!
