Do you ever experience that you ask too much of yourself?
Think of your work, social contacts, sports, etc. If you ask too much of yourself at multiple times and for a longer period, this can lead to, for example, a burnout and that is something no one wants.
Go for balance in your life. This will keep you more energetic and help you focus on the things that are important.
Make sure that, if necessary, you say no sometimes and are okay with that. It is often difficult to say no, but it does create the evening rest you need to recharge or it gives you more time with your family. You are the only one who senses what your body needs, someone else cannot determine this for you. So don't be afraid to say no to others, but also to yourself.
