Smoothie with pear, blueberries & Brinta (444 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 1 pear
– 75 grams blueberries (frozen)
– 200 ml Greek yoghurt (10% fat)
– 30 grams of Brinta

Preparation:

Peel the pear, cut into quarters and remove the core.

Place the pear in the blender together with the blueberries, yoghurt, Brinta and possibly water. Blend into a smooth smoothie.

Serve the smoothie in a glass.
