Wrap with cheese & carrot-cabbage salad (372 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 50 grams white cabbage, chopped
– 50 grams of carrot julienne
– 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (10% fat)
– 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– ½ teaspoon mustard
– 1 tortilla wrap, multigrain
– 1 slice of cheese, 30+

Preparation:

Place the white cabbage and carrot julienne in a bowl.

Make a dressing from the yoghurt, mayonnaise, honey and mustard in a small bowl. Stir this through the carrot and white cabbage. Season the salad with salt and pepper.

Top the wrap with the cheese and coleslaw. Roll up the wrap and serve on a plate.
