Mango & carrot smoothie (317 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 100 grams of carrot
– 200 ml Greek yoghurt (10% fat)
– 75 grams mango pieces (frozen)
– 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

Wash the carrot and cut into pieces.

Place the carrot in the blender together with the other ingredients and water as desired.

Mix into a smooth smoothie.
