Monday Master Blog: The time of training

'The more energy you give the more you get'

Is a well-known saying in the world of sports and training. Everyone knows the feeling of exercising after a long day at work; tired, lethargic and therefore often less motivated to train.

If you do go, you know that you will feel good and energetic again afterwards. The endorphins and adrenaline have been produced again.

If you give energy you will get it back! And often more!

We therefore recommend that you exercise as early as possible in the day, among other reasons, for the above reason. In addition to energy and the good feeling, you will notice that you are also more likely to make a healthier choice with food, for example, if you have trained first. In addition, there are studies that have shown that employees who have exercised before work are often more productive than employees who have not.

A disadvantage of exercising late in the evening is that in addition to adrenaline, the levels of stress hormones also increase, which in turn has a negative impact on falling asleep, in particular.

Naturally, we realize that it is not possible for everyone to train for work, for example. Then try to think in terms of possibilities and on the days when it IS possible; consciously choose this.
