All these diets were very popular in 2020, but which diet works best?

You may have already noticed that your neighbor achieves great results with the Ketogenic diet, but that it doesn't seem to do anything for you? Or that Intermittent Fasting works very well for your sister, but that it really doesn't feel good for you to skip breakfast?

Beats. Everyone is different, every body is different and every life is different. So why should one diet work for everyone?

Exercise for at least half an hour continuously every day. Take a nice walk, take your bike to the supermarket, take the stairs instead of the elevator. Don't stick to that office chair and/or couch!
In addition, do muscle and bone strengthening exercises at least twice a week.

VOODING
Feed your body. Give your body what it really needs.
Provide a good foundation and eat enough vegetables, fruit and unprocessed products.
Find a balance of carbohydrates, fats and proteins that suits you and also drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.

SLAAP
Without sufficient and quality sleep, your body cannot do anything.
Minimize stress, get enough rest and find out how much sleep your body really needs (at least 7 hours).
