The reason why you are still looking for solutions.

The good intentions
Research by ING showed that 95 percent of people who had good intentions to lose weight quickly regained their weight or even more than they weighed on January 1. I will repeat it briefly, 95 percent weigh or more than on January 1. How is this possible? What prevents you from actually achieving a goal that you so desperately wanted to achieve for 2020? Didn't you really want to see change and achieve a certain goal? In addition, it is also true that 95% of the world, does not do what they know they should do. Do you see the link with the good intentions?

That's just how I am
One thing I am personally grateful for is that I get to have very nice and valuable conversations with my clients. It sometimes happens to me that we are at a point where the person opposite me says; 'I'm just like that'. This point is what I sometimes describe as the victim, you can't change anything because that's just how you are. Is that right? Are you obliged or are you so tied to yourself that you cannot have a say in your own future because that is how you are constructed?

As the branch is bent, the tree grows
A beautiful saying, completely true and difficult for many to interpret. 'Choices' or 'circumstances' have ensured that you are where you are now. That is a fact, in my opinion something does not 'sneak' in because somewhere you have made a choice and that can also be several choices in a row, which has led to you now being where you are. If you are 'happy' in all kinds of areas, work, private, physically and spiritually, then these will most likely have been the right choices. However, if you're reading this, you probably want to see a change in one or more of these areas. It is important to know now: where do you want to go? And what does all that get me?

Visualization
You know where you are now, what your life looks like, what's going on in your mind and how you deal with it. Suppose you could text your past. What would you send to that younger version of yourself so that you could now have achieved something you desire? Maybe it would have been better to pay more attention to your diet, exercise more or spend more time with your children. Think about it deeply for a moment, how would you live today if you had received that app then and sincerely followed it up. What power, quality or life would you possess now? Are you more vital? A better father or mother? Take your time to do this. Visualize it, envision it and write it down.

To apply
Once you have done that, take a good look at what you said to yourself and what your life would be like. Your first answer to a more powerful and beautiful life is now on paper, you can already start applying it. The reason why you kept looking for solutions is you. You know the solutions, now it is up to you to no longer remain a victim of yourself and circumstances but to take full responsibility for your own life and the impact you can make with it.
