Flatbread with avocado spread & spicy chicken (626 kcal)


– 100 grams of chicken fillet
– 1 onion
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 red pepper
– ½ cucumber
– 1 tablespoon (olive) oil
– 1 tablespoon ketjap manis
– 1 tablespoon chili sauce
– ½ teaspoon sambal
– ½ avocado
– 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (10% fat)
– ½ lime
– 1 Lebanese bread, whole wheat
– 1 handful of lamb's lettuce


Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic clove. Cut the pepper into strips and the cucumber into slices.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onion for two minutes, fry the garlic for a minute and then add the chicken cubes. Fry this for 3 minutes and then add the pepper strips to the pan. Fry these for 3 minutes. Stir in the ketjap, chili sauce and sambal and heat for another 2 minutes.

In the meantime, mash the avocado and mix it in a bowl with the Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and some salt and pepper. Stir until a smooth spread.

Prepare the flatbread according to the instructions on the package.

Place the flatbread on a plate. Spread with the avocado spread and top with the spicy chicken. Finish with a handful of lamb's lettuce and half the cucumber slices. If necessary, roll up the bread or fold it in half. Serve the remaining cucumber slices separately next to it.
