Salad with smoked trout & avocado (422 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 1 red pepper
– ½ avocado
– 1 spring onion
– 100 grams of carrot
– 1 handful of mixed lettuce (30 g)
– 1 forelfilet, gerookt
– 2 eetlepels halfvolle yoghurt (30 ml)
– ½ lemon

Preparation:

Snijd de paprika in reepjes. Snijd de de avocado in blokjes. Snijd het bosuitje in ringetjes. Rasp de wortel met een dunschiller in sliertjes. Meng de groenten met de sla in een grote kom.

Snijd de forel in stukjes en verdeel dit over de salade.

Roer de yoghurt en 1 eetlepel citroensap in een schaaltje door elkaar.

Serveer de salade met de yoghurt dressing. Breng de salade op smaak met peper en zout.
