Tortellini with green asparagus & smoked chicken (614 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 80 grams of tortellini
– 1 onion
– 1 clove garlic
– 80 grams smoked chicken fillet
– 200 grams green asparagus tips (frozen)
– 1.5 tablespoon (olive) oil
– 50 ml cooking dairy

Preparation:

Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the tortellini and cook for about 14 minutes.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the smoked chicken into cubes. Halve the green asparagus.

Heat half the oil in a pan. Fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the asparagus and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Then add the cooking dairy to the pan together with salt and pepper and heat for 2 minutes until it reduces slightly. Then stir in the drained tortellini.

In the meantime, heat the other half of the oil in a pan and fry the smoked chicken cubes for a minute.

Serve the pasta in a deep plate with the smoked chicken on top.
