Pepper sandwich with turkey fillet (204 kcal)

Do you want to eat low-carb, but still tasty? Be our guest! With this pepper sandwich with turkey fillet you have a perfect dish with few carbohydrates and plenty of proteins. With this delicious recipe for breakfast you have a healthy start to your day, but it is also delicious as a lunch dish or as a quick snack. You can also prepare it within 5 minutes! Do you have a little more time and would you like something warm? Then fry the pepper halves in a pan or put them in the oven. Then add the lettuce and cucumber afterwards.

Ingredients:

– 1 orange pepper
– ¼ cucumber
– 1 ½ tablespoons of dairy spread (30 g)
– 4 slices of turkey fillet (meat)
– 1 teaspoon mustard (10 g)
– 1 handful of mixed lettuce (30 g)

Preparation:

Halve the pepper lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds. Cut the cucumber into slices.

Spread both halves of the pepper on the inside with the dairy spread. Divide the slices of turkey fillet, mustard, lettuce and cucumber slices over this. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the pepper sandwich with turkey fillet on a plate.
