Salad with pear, apple & goat cheese (372 kcal)

Ingredients:

– 1 pear
– 1 apple
– 100 grams of carrot
– 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
– 40 grams of goat cheese balls
– ½ tablespoon (olive) oil
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– ½ teaspoon mustard

Preparation:

Wash the pear and apple and cut both into wedges. Grate the carrot into strings with a vegetable peeler.

Mix the lamb's lettuce with the pear, apple, carrot and goat cheese balls in a bowl.

Stir the oil, honey and mustard in a bowl to make a dressing. Spread the dressing over the salad. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
